The team crafts each Timio piece manually from raw materials including grain, sheets, and wire. Additionally, we make and release new pieces in small batches. This ensures each piece is of the highest quality and reduces cost of making and storing excess inventory.

An item may not have ready-made stock, though we are happy to craft one on demand for you. Those items will have the “Crafted on Demand” flag and state the same on their product page when you click them. Skip the wait and make sure you get the exact piece you want by sending a Crafted on Demand request.

How to Order a Crafted on Demand Item

1. Open the product page for your desired style.
2. Select the material type and length you’d like to order.
3. Scroll down, below the description, and complete the email request form.

Once you’ve sent a Crafted on Demand request, a team member will email you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order details. Once the details are confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice for your order. Your order will be completed and shipped out within 3 weeks, unless otherwise notified.

If request volume is high, the team will implement a waitlist and notify those requesting crafted on demand items about their order status and/or waitlist status.
