What’s Included

Cleaning services with Timio include insured shipping (signature confirmation required at delivery), thorough cleaning, cleaning cloth, Timio jewelry travel pouch, and complimentary repair inspection.

If we notice anything needing repair, we will contact you with a detailed report and photos, at which point we will await your decision regarding if you’d like to proceed with a repair service. For more details about repairs please refer to the Timio Repair Services page.

Cleaning Service Cost 

Timio’s cleaning service for up to two (2) Timio pieces costs $75.

If you have more items you’d like to have cleaned, please clarify the number and jewelry details for each piece you’d like cleaned. We will follow up with pricing and scheduling based on the details you’ve provided. 

Additional Considerations

Note that this service is only available for Timio products. We do not intake, clean, or repair jewelry from/made by outside brands or stores.

Cleaning service requests are still subject to potential waitlisting based on the workshop’s schedule.
