The youngest daughter of Daryl Strong (founder), Caroline started working in her father's workshop in her twenties. In 2016, she revisited the craft and also began learning to fashion gemstones. In his later years, Daryl entrusted Timio 24K Custom Designs to Caroline. With the assistance of family, the reopening of the company was ready under the revised name, Timio 24K.
Caroline has over 30 years of graphic design and art directing experience.

Coming from a career in marketing and copywriting, Meridia is responsible for Timio's content and branding. Meridia grew up sitting alongside her grandfather, Daryl, as he worked in his workshop. In her twenties, she apprenticed with him before he passed. Meridia has her Applied Jewelry Professional diploma from the Gemology Institute of America (GIA) and is currently completing the GIA Graduate Gemologist program.
Her initial interest in glittering gems as a child, grew into a passion for honest, quality jewelry in her adulthood. Meridia brings a dedication to providing quality, wearable investment jewelry™ with transparent messaging.

Cody previously owned a film production company and has experience in sales, business operations, order fulfillment, and most recently worked in consumer collectibles product development. When a friend introduced Cody and Meridia, he never guessed that it would lead to their marriage and joining the family business.
Cody loves to create things whether that be video content or crafting jewelry from raw materials. His family also has roots in gemstone faceting and jewelry making which he discovered after he introduced his family to Meridia.

Natalie is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design at Arizona State University, though her background in fine art is extensive. Whether it be drawing, painting, sculpting, or any other medium, Natalie has spent the last 16 years learning various forms of traditional and modern art methods. Natalie regularly wears fine silver and 24K gold, her selection depends on if her outfit is cooler or warmer in tone for the day.
