The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Timio 24K, accessible from www.timio24k.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Carrier refers to the postal delivery service.
Update or Cancel An Order
Timio 24K is committed to fast order shipment which means We may not be able to cancel your Order before it is shipped out, especially if You do not notify Us immediately. If the Order was already shipped out before You contact Us, You can deny delivery, not sign for the package, and the Carrier will deliver it back to Us. We ship all Orders through insured mail and all Orders must be signed for; so if you do not accept delivery the Carrier will return the order to Us, at which point We can process your request. Order cancellations are not guaranteed.
If You review your order and notice a discrepancy such as incorrect address, error in the shipping address, or an incorrect item in your order summary, please notify Us immediately with a detailed statement via the following methods:

If We are able to cancel Your Order, per Your request, We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will incur 10% processing fee.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were delivered in the last 14 days
- The Goods are unaltered, in the original packaging, and include their original Certificate of Authenticity
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods custom ordered, made to Your specifications, or clearly personalized
- Goods which were altered after their delivery to You (example: hallmark tag or links missing)
- Goods which were labeled as “Last Chance” or “Final Sale” at time of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will incur a 10% processing fee.
Only regular priced, non-custom commissioned Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale, labeled as “last chance” or “final sale” cannot be refunded. If You ordered and received custom made Goods that You are not wholly satisfied with, please contact Us immediately so that We may discuss how We can possibly rectify your dissatisfaction. Returning Goods
You are responsible for contacting Us to communicate and initiate a return. Do not send items to Our listed address without contacting Us first. We will send you a new return shipping label to be used for sending the Goods back to Us. You are responsible for supplying a shipping box if You did not keep the original shipping box the Goods were delivered in. You are responsible for putting the Goods in their original packaging and into the shipping box with the new return label on it.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If Your Order was marked as a gift in the “Notes To The Seller” section and shipped to You or the recipient of the gift and You or the recipient would like to initiate a return, You must contact Us at either:

Once We receive and accept Your return request, We’ll send the new return shipping label to You. We only offer gift credit for the value of Your gift return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver once We receive the returned Goods. Gift returns are still subject to the same return responsibilities as detailed in the above “Returning Goods” section.
